Creating a ClickCash Text Link
Any page on iFriends can be turned into a ClickCash text link. Here's how to do it:
  1. Visit the iFriends page you want to use as the destination for the link.
  2. Copy the URL of the page.
  3. Visit our Custom Text Link Builder.
  4. In the Destination Page pull down, pick "Select your own destination page".
  5. Paste the iFriends URL into the text box.
  6. Click "Get the Text Link"

Set up Dlvr.it t post to your Social Networks

Dlvr.it is an RSS feed gobbler: it takes the RSS feed from any website (like ClickCash, or iFriends!) and basically delivers it automatically to whatever social media platform you select. It currently supports auto-posting to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pintest, and many others. You can set the schedule you want, or let Dlvr.it optimize your posts based on research and best practices.

Dlvr.it offers both free and premium packages. The free option allows you to link to up to three social networks from up to five feeds and sites. Their premium program allows you to link to up to ten social networks with as many as 50 feeds. And if you need more, they also have business plans available.

For those of you who track everything through the great and powerful Google, you can even incorporate your UTM tracking parameters on each link! Let's get started...

Getting Started
  1. Sign Up for your account right from their homepage. You can create a stand-alone account, or signup using your Facebook or Twitter account.
  2. Link your Socials by clicking on the SOCIALS tab and then selecting the "Add Social" button. With their free plan, you can link up to three social media networks

Configure your Socials
We recommend that you configure each of your social profiles before adding any links. To do this:
  1. Click on the Social you wish to edit, then click the EDIT button
  2. Post Options should have the post title, body, and URL selected. Make sure the social is Active, too!
  3. Links allows you to shorten your links or not. We recommend you select "Don't Shorten Links". This is where you'd add your Google Analytics tracking, too.
  4. Advanced lets you post as a retweet as necessary and add photos. Check both of these.
Click SAVE to save your configurations. We do recommend going into the Short Links area and setting "No Shortener" as the default. Now it's time to set up our RSS feeds!

Feed the Queue
  1. Add New Feed by clicking the button at the bottom of this page
  2. Enter your Feed URL which you'll get from the ClickCash RSS feeds page. Make sure to be logged in so that every link is prepopulated with your tracking code
  3. Name your Feed with the niche you're promoting. This helps if you've got multiple feeds connected to your account. Pick your New Items and First Post settings
  4. Connect Your Socials to tell Dlvr.it where to send your posts.
Once your feed is entered, we suggest going into the feed settings so that Dlvr.it doesn't spam your feeds. Here's what we recommend:
  • Updates should be every 30 minutes with a maximum 1 post per update.
  • Item Text should contain how you want to start each post (eg: Live Cam Show) and end each post. This is a great place to add the hashtags relevant to your feed.
  • Filters should have Title and Content selected.
  • Advanced should have Enable Photo Posting turned on. We suggest disabling "Pass Feedburner Links to your link shortening service.
And that's it! Dlvr.it will start posting to your selected social medias on the schedule you selected.

Creating Effective Call to Action Links

When you're limited to 140 characters, there's no time to be coy. Giving people clear directions on what you want them to do, and what they'll get once they do it, will increase both clicks and conversions. We've got four tips that will help you increase interactions on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, or whatever social media platform you're targeting with your marketing.

Ask for the Click
Your mom always said if you want something, ask for it. The same is true with getting a click! Telling people to click, and why, will increase the number of clicks your links receive. When you're sharing a link, you'll want to limit the @handle and hashtag mentions. This will keep people who see your tweet focused on your link. Take a cue from our mainstream friends and be direct and sexy:

Ask for the Retweet
Get your followers working for you. Asking for a retweet can increase retweets (read: free advertising!) by as much as 300%. Offer a reason for people to retweet you. This could be getting you to post a great picture, to show they love your content, or just because they love you.

Ask for a Follow
Extend your influence by encouraging new users to follow your social media account. If your tweet is likely to be seen by a larger audience, ask them to follow you to stay connected, or to see more of the great content you're posting.

Ask for a Reply
Social media is not meant to be you standing on a hill yelling at people. Starting a conversation is one way to build loyalty between you and your followers. And loyal followers are more likely to click on your links and signup for your offers. Give people motivation to respond to your tweets and you'll start building up impressions, followers, click-throughs, and signups!
